Probiotic Sugar Free French Toast

Vegan + Probiotic + Sugar Free French Toast:

2 thick slices of cocobakes bread

2 flax eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup almond milk

1 1/2 cups lakanto sweetener Golden sugar

2 tsp Chai spice blend

1 tbsp coconut oil or ghee

1/3 cup Know Foods Maple syrup

2 tbsp Coconut Yogurt

How to:

Heat a medium sized cast iron skillet on medium-high heat. Place your coconut oil or ghee on the pan. In a shallow bowl mix your almond milk, vanilla, and flax egg together to make a slurry. Take your bread and soak each side in the almond milk mixture. Make sure the bread is drenched. Put your sugar and spices on a plate. Dip each side of the bread in the sugar mixture. Place your bread in the pan and cook for 3 minutes on each side (or until golden brown). The sugar should be crispy and make the bread super crunchy on the outside.

Mix your yogurt and syrup together until it’s nice and smooth. Pour it over your toast and dig in!
