Sugar Free Blackberry Chia Jam
Making Tuesday great with a grain free Know Foods waffle smothered in Justin’s peanut butter with sugar free blackberry jam on top! I made this jam over the weekend and I swear it’s gone already, this was the last of it! It’s so yummy and I can’t believe I haven’t been making my own sugar free jam my entire life. It’s such a healthy alternative to artificial jams and jellies that contain no real fruit or nutrients.
Keto-blackberry chia jam:
• 3 cups organic blackberries
• 4 tbs lemon juice
• 1/4 cup lakanto sweetener golden sweetener
• 4tbs chia seeds
• 20 drops omica organics liquid stevia
• Place blackberries and lemon juice in a saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook and mash the berries for a few minutes. Remove from heat and add the sweeteners and chia seeds. Mix together and let it sit on the counter for 20-30 minutes. Once it’s cooled jar it up and put it on everything! Store it in the fridge for 5-7 days.
